Professional referrals →Your name, a way to contact you, the broad service area and one practical question are usually enough to begin. For example, you might ask whether telehealth is suitable, what a screening includes or how a family member can access support. Please avoid describing sensitive clinical history, naming another person or uploading records through the general enquiry.
After the initial enquiry, we can clarify what service you are asking about, explain the likely steps and identify any information that needs to be confirmed before an appointment or written service is arranged. This first contact is for information and suitability, not clinical assessment or emergency support.
For many privately funded counselling and screening enquiries, you can contact us directly. A professional referral may also be appropriate. We confirm requirements for the particular service and funding route.

Yes. Counselling is offered online (telehealth) from Melbourne, in English or Turkish. We'll confirm that online care is appropriate and explain the appointment arrangements before you begin.
That is a perfectly reasonable starting point. You can tell us what you would like to understand or change—for example, ongoing stress, concerns about attention or support for everyday functioning—and we can explain which available services address that kind of question. You can decide whether to proceed after the options and costs are clear.
We'll be clear if a requested service is outside our professional scope or may not be suitable. Where possible, we can explain what kind of qualified professional or alternative service may be worth considering. A general enquiry is not a clinical assessment or a guarantee of acceptance.
