ADHD & autism screening
Explore attention, planning, communication, sensory experiences and the patterns shaping daily life.
Make an enquiry Sometimes you know something has been difficult for a while, but you’re not sure how to explain it. A focused screening or review can help you explore patterns in attention, mood, communication or everyday life. Choose a Standard option for a clear summary, or an In-Depth option that includes a personalised written report where suitable. These services provide guidance, not a formal diagnosis.

Screening uses suitable questions to explore how your experiences affect daily life. A single score never tells the whole story. We explain the patterns, what the findings may suggest, their limits and whether other support or assessment might help.
Screening may help when the same difficulty keeps affecting work, study, relationships or daily routines. It can also help you put hard-to-explain experiences into words. The findings may suggest practical strategies or questions to explore in a further assessment.

A focused consultation can consider everyday functioning, work or study interests, strengths and practical barriers. A vocational or progress review is scoped to the purpose, available information and written outcome requested.
Browse functioning & career reviews ↓Requests involving specialist learning, trauma, eating-related or memory concerns are considered individually. The proposed Older Adult Memory & Cognitive Screening option is non-diagnostic and subject to verifying suitable tools, training and professional scope; new or worsening memory concerns should also be reviewed by a GP. Standardised IQ testing and specialist dementia assessment are not offered.
Open the dedicated directory to search by concern, compare individual topics and read what each review involves. Screening provides guidance, not a diagnosis.

A questionnaire score is only one piece of information. Looking at when difficulties happen, how long they have been present, what helps and how they affect day-to-day life can give the results more meaning. The screening pathway selected determines whether you receive a straightforward overview or an additional personalised professional written explanation.
Standard Screening is designed for an initial overview of the selected area and its core results. Screening with Personalised Professional Written Feedback adds practitioner consideration of the available information, a written explanation of relevant patterns and individualised suggestions for what to explore or do next. We explain the inclusions for your chosen service before you proceed.
Compare feedback optionsThe two options use the same agreed screening purpose but differ in the level of practitioner input and written documentation. The exact instrument, administration method and inclusions must be confirmed before the service is offered.
A focused, structured screening pathway for a defined concern, with core results and a brief explanation in plain language. It does not include an individually formulated professional report.
Adds a practitioner review of the agreed screening findings and relevant background information, presented as an individualised written summary rather than a diagnosis.
Before any service is arranged, we confirm the screening tool, how information is securely collected, the appropriate response process for significant concerns, the exact written deliverable, any optional consultation, the turnaround and the total fee. Not every catalogue topic is currently available. Screening cannot establish or exclude a diagnosis.
A screening result is one source of information. Its value comes from considering the question being asked, your circumstances and the limits of the screening method—not treating a score as a diagnosis.
Identify reported patterns, clarify the effect on everyday functioning, provide psychoeducation and inform practical next steps or an appropriate specialist referral.
Screening cannot confirm or exclude ADHD, autism, another mental health condition or a neurocognitive diagnosis. It is not an independent diagnostic, medico-legal or specialist assessment.
We clarify the concern, intended use, suitable tools and the feedback package before proceeding.
Complete the agreed questions using the confirmed, appropriate screening method.
The practitioner considers the screening responses, their limitations and any relevant contextual information.
Receive your Standard summary or the personalised written report included with an In-Depth package.
Professional reports are considered separately from screening feedback. We clarify the intended reader, purpose, available information, scope and format before accepting an enquiry.
Written information grounded in counselling already completed together, with the purpose and content agreed before preparation.
Attendance confirmations, treatment summaries and progress updates.
For a specific reporting need, we first review the request and whether a focused consultation and psychosocial summary would be appropriate.
Clarify who the report is for, its intended purpose and available information.
To help us assess a report enquiry, include the intended reader, purpose and any deadline. Legal-purpose requests are reviewed individually. A standalone report is not a substitute for an expert forensic assessment or a history of ongoing treatment.
Depending on the screening service and the information collected, an additional written-feedback option may be available. We will explain the extra review required and the applicable fee.
Let us know what you would like to understand. We can explain the relevant screening options, inclusions and suitability before you make a decision.
Before commissioning personalised written feedback, you will be told what information is reviewed and what the written document is intended to cover. Depending on the service, it may explain themes in your responses, everyday impacts, strengths, limitations of the screening and practical options for further support. The agreed format and any additional fee are confirmed beforehand.
Tell us who the report is for and what they require. We will assess the request individually and discuss an appropriate type of report and process.
Everyone has a story. Understanding yours is where we begin.
