ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT

What can AO Psychology offer an organisation?

AO Psychology can discuss wellbeing education for teams and community groups. Topics may include understanding stress, communicating well, coping strategies and mental health literacy. Depending on your goals, this could involve a presentation, practical workshop, educational resources or guided group discussion.

The aim is to help people understand and use wellbeing information, with time for questions and practical learning. These activities are educational, not individual clinical assessment or treatment. We agree on the scope beforehand and only offer work within the practitioner's training and competence.

QUESTIONS FROM ORGANISATIONS

Common questions before planning.

Can AO Psychology support a one-off wellbeing event?

A one-off educational talk, workshop or community activity may be considered. Share the event purpose, audience and preferred arrangements so suitability and capacity can be discussed.

Can sessions be adapted to diverse cultural or language needs?

We consider accessibility, inclusive language and the audience's context when planning. English and Turkish are available within practitioner capabilities; specific interpreting and translated material requirements need separate arrangements.

Can staff discuss private clinical matters during a workshop?

Educational sessions do not provide an appropriate setting for disclosing confidential individual health concerns. We can clarify suitable individual support pathways separately if requested.

Do you provide organisational psychological assessments or legal opinions?

Our organisational focus is wellbeing education and practical support. Specialist workplace investigations, fitness-for-duty assessments and legal expert opinions are separate services that require appropriately qualified providers.

Is a proposal or quoted fee available?

We can discuss scope, preparation, resources and delivery expectations before outlining a proposal. No fixed workshop or organisational fee is advertised until the project requirements are established.

How does an organisation make an enquiry?

Use the general enquiry form with the broad topic, intended audience and a work contact. Please avoid including staff medical records or other sensitive personal information in an initial message.
