FROM ENQUIRY TO SERVICE

What happens before an arrangement is confirmed?

Exploring the website is not the same as booking or accepting treatment. If you enquire, we may discuss the general nature of your request, whether a service is appropriate and how to proceed.

Explore and enquireRead the service information and provide only a general question or service interest through the preliminary form.
Clarify the detailsDiscuss the intended service, eligibility, consent, fees, appointment format and any referral requirements through appropriate channels.
Confirm separatelyActual care or written work begins only once suitable arrangements and relevant policies have been confirmed.
WEBSITE USE FAQ

Things worth knowing.

Can I use the website to make a clinical referral or booking?

Not through the website enquiry forms. Contact and professional enquiry forms collect introductory, non-clinical information only. A suitable process for clinical records, consent and service booking must be established separately.

Can I rely on screening information for a diagnosis?

No. Website information about screening describes a structured information-gathering and guidance service, not a diagnosis or individual clinical opinion. Learn about screening and reports.

Are third-party websites covered by these terms?

External links are provided for convenience and further reading. Third-party websites have their own terms, content and privacy practices. AO Psychology does not control those websites.

May I reproduce the website's text or artwork?

The content and branding may be protected by copyright or other rights. Please seek permission before reproducing substantial material unless an applicable law allows the use.

When will final terms apply?

Clinical service terms, including any booking, payment and cancellation requirements, must be finalised and provided before a paid clinical appointment is confirmed. Relevant arrangements will be explained before a paid service starts.
