What we receive
Initial contact details, the service category you select and any general comments you decide to add.
Make an enquiry Our website forms are for short, general enquiries—not clinical histories or confidential referrals. This page explains what they collect, how Wix is used and how to ask about your information. Separate clinical privacy arrangements are still being finalised before appointments open.
Ask a general privacy question →The Contact and For Referrers forms are designed for initial general enquiries only, rather than confidential clinical intake. They request a name, contact details, a broad service interest and an optional short message. For professional enquiries, an organisation or practice name may also be collected.
We ask that you do not include medical histories, diagnoses, reports, client identifying information or other sensitive material in these introductory forms. Clinical and referral records will require an appropriate, separately confirmed process.
General website enquiries use Wix Forms. If you choose to book an optional free introductory phone call, Google Calendar collects scheduling information such as your name, email, phone number and selected time so we can arrange the call. Please do not include sensitive health details. Clinical records, consent and treatment arrangements are separate and must be confirmed before care begins.
Initial contact details, the service category you select and any general comments you decide to add.
To understand the broad nature of your enquiry, direct it appropriately and communicate about potential next steps.
Enquiries are sent through Wix Forms and may create or update a Wix contact record. Submission access is restricted to the account owner and authorised collaborators. Retention and deletion procedures are still being finalised.
If further personal or clinical information is required, we will first discuss an appropriate channel and the service arrangements.
We want you to be able to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, request correction where needed or raise a concern about its handling. Use the general enquiry form for a brief privacy-related message, without adding sensitive information to that message.
We ask for an email address so we can reply to a general enquiry. You can still read all our service information without completing a form.
Wix and other service providers may process information outside Australia. We still need to confirm where information is stored or accessed, which other providers handle it, how long it is kept and when it may be disclosed. These arrangements must be confirmed and explained before we collect detailed clinical health information.
This page describes how current general website enquiries are handled. Before clinical appointments begin, we will provide a separate detailed clinical privacy notice reflecting the approved records and care processes.
When clinical appointments become available, counselling, screening and professional reports may involve sensitive health information. Our intended system is to give clients the relevant privacy and payment information before booking, followed by a secure link to a short intake and telehealth consent form before the first clinical session. We are preparing a separate clinical intake and consent process rather than using the general Wix enquiry forms. The clinical arrangements have not yet been approved for use. The full clinical collection notice, access permissions, information-sharing, retention and recordkeeping procedures must be finalised and reviewed before services commence. Direct paid clinical bookings and sensitive clinical intake are not offered through these public website forms. Free introductory phone calls are non-clinical and may be booked separately through Google Calendar.
AO Psychology is reviewing a separate clinical recordkeeping system. Google Workspace is planned for business administration, but not as a replacement for a clinically suitable records system. Before clinical services commence, we will confirm data storage and processing locations, access permissions, retention, deletion and information-sharing arrangements, and explain them in the final clinical privacy notice.
Any proposal to record sessions, transcribe them, or use optional AI-assisted documentation requires a separate clinical, technical, privacy and consent review. This website does not activate session recording, transcription or AI-assisted clinical documentation. Clients will be told about any proposed use and the applicable choices before such a feature could be introduced.
The website enquiry forms do not ask for a marketing subscription or newsletter opt-in. Any future marketing activities and consent choices would require separate explanation.

From your first enquiry to a potential service arrangement, different information calls for different handling.
Our general website enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, a broad service interest and an optional general message. A professional enquiry may also include an organisation name.
Clinical histories, reports and identifying third-party details must not be sent through these general Wix enquiry forms. Our planned clinical workflow will provide separate intake and consent forms through a suitable system after an appointment is arranged. That clinical workflow remains inactive and requires configuration, privacy verification and testing.
This website uses Wix for hosting and preliminary enquiry forms. Browsers and providers may process connection information, such as IP address and technical requests, when you visit; actual logging, cookie and analytics settings require a provider review.
General enquiry details may need to be accessed by authorised people or service providers to respond. We have not established or published a complete list of recipients or any overseas handling arrangements for final clinical operations.
Australian and Victorian health-privacy frameworks address appropriate collection, use, security, access, correction and complaints. Requests must be considered according to the law and the type of record involved.
