Original storytelling · Practical reflection · Evidence-informed education
A four-week educational experience for parents and caregivers of children aged 5–12 who want to better understand emotional outbursts, frustration and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Explore what may contribute to difficult moments, including changes in routine, tiredness, communication, sensory experiences and situations at home or school.
Observe what happens before and after an outburst, while also noticing positive moments and the child's own point of view.
Learn about co-regulation, maintaining appropriate boundaries and helping children through transitions without escalating conflict.
Invite children into age-appropriate family planning, try small changes and notice what works for your family over time.
Each lesson will use an everyday family story with narration in Ali's own voice, supported by clear visuals and practical reflection exercises. Scenarios will be fictional or appropriately generalised to protect confidentiality.
You'll be able to revisit the lessons and use accompanying worksheets such as observation journals, family routine planners and reflection prompts.
All content and access arrangements must be completed and reviewed before launch.
Follow the narrated lessons independently, with the workbook and practical resources to use with your family.
Everything in the self-guided course plus two 60-minute parent-guidance consultations to explore your circumstances and review progress.
Prices are planning estimates, not offers currently available for sale. Parent guidance is not a diagnostic assessment of the child; suitability and consent requirements apply before professional consultations.
No. It is educational material for parents and caregivers. It does not assess, diagnose or provide individual therapy to a child, and it does not replace medical, developmental or psychological assessment when needed.
No. Children's difficulties rarely have one simple explanation or timeline. The goal is to help adults understand possible influences, respond thoughtfully and recognise when further help might be useful.
Parents can still seek guidance about how they respond and communicate at home. If there are concerns about safety, health, development or significant distress, an appropriate professional assessment may be important.
