Make an enquiry Can’t easily get to an appointment? Online counselling offers a way to talk from a private space that works for you. Where telehealth is suitable, sessions can still focus on understanding concerns, trying practical strategies and checking what’s helping. We’ll confirm privacy, technology and appointment arrangements before beginning.

Telehealth means meeting your counsellor by video rather than in person. You can discuss concerns, explore patterns and work on strategies and next steps. You'll need a reasonably private space, a reliable internet connection and a device you're comfortable using.
Online sessions may be easier to fit around travel, caring responsibilities, mobility needs or work. Before booking, we discuss whether telehealth is suitable, how privacy will be protected, the technology needed and what to do if the connection fails.
Telehealth may be useful if you're experiencing persistent stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, adjustment to change, confidence concerns or challenges with coping. The conversation and support approach are personalised to your needs rather than limited to a single issue.
Individual counselling will begin through telehealth. If you are unsure whether online appointments suit your circumstances, we can discuss the practical considerations and, where necessary, alternatives or referrals.

A telehealth appointment is more than a video call. It gives you dedicated time to discuss what is happening, consider what may be contributing to a concern and work on practical next steps. You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation beforehand.
In a first session, we may discuss a recent difficulty, how long it has been affecting you, its impact on daily life and the goals you would like to prioritise. You can also ask how confidentiality, video links and future appointments are handled.
Later sessions may explore recurring reactions or relationship patterns, practise communication or coping strategies, and plan how you might use a new approach in an upcoming real-life situation.
We check what is useful, what feels difficult to apply outside sessions and whether goals or the format need adjustment. Where another service or in-person support would better suit your needs, we can discuss that option.
We'll explain what you need before your first online appointment, including session arrangements and how we'll connect.
